Dash Radar is a content tool that assembles original dashcam and road-incident footage into video compilations and publishes them to social media channels operated by us, including our own TikTok account. Source clips are credited to their original creators.
Dash Radar integrates with third-party platforms (including TikTok) using their official APIs. When you connect a platform account, you authorize Dash Radar to perform the specific actions covered by the permissions you grant (for TikTok: reading basic account information and publishing video content you have reviewed and approved). You may revoke this access at any time through the relevant platform's settings.
Your use of connected platforms remains subject to those platforms' own terms and policies, including the TikTok Developer Terms and Community Guidelines. Dash Radar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.
Dash Radar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dash Radar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
